1991 Rockwood XL Pop Up.

Camper is in fair condition, with a few small issues that would be no problem for a weekend handyman project.

Has 2 queen beds, as well as a smaller bed that converts to the dining table.

Also has gas stove, electrical outlet (inside/outside), awning, sink, refrigerator and toilet (we have never tried to use the toilet, but it does seem to work when power is applied).

The refrigerator does not seem to work, but the freezer does, and cools the fridge well enough.

The canvas is in tact, possibly one small hole that may need some canvas tape).

This would be a great camper for hunting, or as a starter camper.

Camper does NOT have A/C.
